For a seller to become a lender is not a new concept.  When loans are freely available, many sellers want to cash out when they sell.  But when money is tight, sellers turn to seller financing to quickly close more transactions. There are important cautions to consider; avoiding grievous problems for both sides, and Jodi will show you the proper clauses to use to ensure a smooth transaction.  The result will be a substantial increase in your sales, and more happy clients and customers.

This class covers all of the pertinent obligations of Managing Brokers. The course includes the 40- plus page office policies manual handout and covers the Commissioner’s Rules and policies with a focus on the required Broker Office Policies Model Manual. ALL DESIGNATED BROKERS are required to take this class at least once every two years.

The new Federal Mortgage Disclosure Improvement Act (MDIA) includes not only changes in required disclosures, but also changes in the Good Faith Estimate, Truth-In-Lending disclosures, RESPA and the HUD-1 form.  The new law can affect the specific performance dates of the residential purchase agreement.
