This class will include an emphasis on the inspection of foreclosed and distressed properties.  These properties have hazards and dangers not usually found in a “normal” transaction, especially to the real estate licensee, prospective buyer and the new lender.  Tony will also include tips on discovering if the property has “Chinese Drywall”.

The nuts and bolts of contract writing for licensees, including drafting of listing agreements, the NEWEST AAR® RESIDENTIAL PURCHASE CONTRACT, and related real estate documents.  Real Estate Law in the morning, and Contract Law in the afternoon.  This class is required for all new licensees, and a great refresher for everyone.

This class is a “how to” on working with clients facing foreclosure from a guy who does lots of them.   The “Short Sale” is one of several options available to the skilled practitioner who can be patient, tenacious, and persevering in helping a client get out of the payment quagmire.  John even got one accepted by the Bank in just 30 days!!   He will provide you with ALL of the tools you’ll need to be successful, including the necessary contract forms, financial disclosures, and other information the lender’s loss mitigators will need to process the short sale.
