are between a rock and a hard place with every assignment. They
want your continued business, but at the same time, they must be
competent by noting material defects and yet not be a nitpicker.
Tony will point out the dos and don’ts for inspectors and in a slide
show he will demonstrate the best and worst of the ethical issues
that could arise. You’ll see pictures of easily overlooked (and
some obvious) defects, which may or may not have an effect on your
transaction.
