SALES LICENSE COURSES We offer convenient day and evening schedules for acquiring a Real Estate Sales License. Our day class is a 3 week program that meets Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. From time to time we offer the day class as a 4 week program that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. Our evening class is a 7 week program that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. You may also mix and match days and evenings to fit your schedule. The tuition for the Sales License Course is $489.00, and includes all materials such as the text books Real Estate Fundamentals and The Real Estate Dictionary.
