BROKER LICENSING COURSE The Broker Licensing Course is made up of 2 parts - 45 hours of Real Estate Law, and 45 hours of Real Estate Finance. To be a broker, you must have been a licensed real estate sales agent for 3 out of the last 5 years. We offer the Broker Licensing Course approximately every 3 months.
