BROKER LICENSING COURSE

The Broker Licensing Course is made up of 2 parts - 45 hours of Real Estate Law, and 45 hours of Real Estate Finance.  To be a broker, you must have been a licensed real estate sales agent for 3 out of the last 5 years. 

The tuition for the class is $549.00 and includes all materials, including text books and the required Broker Management Clinic.
